TEDxCSM - Michael Wolff - Life Sentences
Every design student/designer should watch this inspiring talk by Michael Wolff.
It definitely relates to my current project on inclusive designing and he just took the words out of my mouth. We should always remind ourselves the purpose of designing.
Before I delay these upcoming posts for a good few months - half a year, I thought I should update my design blog about my mini internship/work experience that I finished last Friday while it’s fresh in my mind!
I always try to gain as much experience as I can, whether it’s for a few days or a week, I just feel that I have so much knowledge to learn still, whether it’s working for others or just talking to older designers that have advice and suggestions for me to listen. Just the atmosphere/environment I guess!
So, anyways, cut to the chase! Few months ago, I visited Creative Cherry (http://www.creativecherry.com/) with my uni, and they basically told us about the company, the work that they’ve produced and the people/companies that they’ve been involved with, which I was impressed with! Few weeks later, I just sent an email about whether they were looking for an intern etc, and after a few back & forward emails, I ended up coming in for a chat, (which I was late for because I got lost!) and then an internship placement.
I’ll be posting what I did each day and showing bits and pieces that I done during the two weeks in a separate post! So, if you’re interested, look out for the posts! Toodles!
MORE 4 ACTION IDENTS
While designing my recent info graphics piece (triangles), I had More 4 channel left on the TV, where I noticed their new More 4 identity. Love the movement and the way everything is naturally done.

40 MINUTES CAR JOURNEY/ INFOGRAPHICS LAYOUT 01
Final chosen two layout and colours for this layout, I will be arranging it differently and using different colour to develop the idea a little further.

NEGATIVE ASPECT: As I was using a lot of same shapes, I had to ensure that I wasn’t using the same patterns and keep all 8, different.
